Packing List
Packing for camp can be a daunting task! We’ve developed a Packing List for camp so your task will be easier. Please follow our recommendations for clothing items. As you prepare, please remember to:
- Mark camper’s name on everything: iron-on labels are best for clothes; a laundry marker or indelible ink (printed on tape) is best for sports equipment, etc
- Avoid packing delicate clothing articles
- Soft duffel bag(s) preferred
- We provide a laundry bag
- Pay careful attention to the list of banned items (see below)
Banned Items
This list has been developed for the benefit of your child’s health and safety, to prevent the loss of valuables and to promote a culture that we believe is appropriate for a summer camp environment. Remember, it’s CAMP! We want to keep items away from camp that can detract from the natural atmosphere, limiting the material elements best left in the city. We believe our approach contributes to a more positive, inclusive environment, promoting and enabling more effective communication and interaction with each other. We appreciate your help and support in this regard!
